Most pieces begin long before the weaving starts — with a walk, an op shop find, an interesting texture, or something small I probably didn’t need to bring home but did anyway.

I’m drawn to fibres, layers, worn materials and the tiny details people often overlook. What I make is thoughtful, textured, imperfect and made slowly, usually while trying something new and slightly questioning whether it will work.

Somehow, it always does.
